Finely shred or julienne-sliced strips of zucchini.
Step 2
Add cherry tomatoes, Parmesan and/or other cheese, extra-virgin olive oil, crushed or chopped garlic, basil, oregano and salt.

- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped
- 1 tbs fresh basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp sea salt
