Fitness Granola

An excellent, from-scratch granola recipe. A complete must!

Step 1
Chop almonds, cashews, or other healthy nuts, add coconut flakes, salt, honey and coconut oil. Mix together.

Step 2
Bake at 350° F for about 15 minutes—or toast on a stove-top skillet. Sprinkle lightly ground raw sesame and flax seeds and, heavy cream or sour cream

Serves: 2-4
Prep: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes

  • 2 cups chopped almonds, cashes or other raw nuts
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2-4 tbs heavy cream or sour cream
  • 1 pinch sea salt
