Avocado Miso Salad

Avocado has some of the very best plant-based fats you can find, as well as a whole alphabet of vitamins. Combine with miso dressing for a tasty and nutritionally epic meal.

Step 1
Mix well: miso, raw sesame oil and rice-wine vinegar.

Step 2
Pour over sliced avocado and sprinkle with raw sesame seeds.
