Baby Greens with Goat Cheese

Another rich and tasty way to get your daily dose of greens.

Step 1
Crumble goat cheese on top of baby greens and add other raw vegetables

Step 2
Top with extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.

  • 4 cups baby greens
  • Other raw vegetables as desired
  • ½ cup goat cheese crumbles
  • 3 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp sea salt
