A scrumptious light breakfast that is quick and easy to make.
Step 1
Slowly cook bacon until crispy, remove, and pour off bacon fat for later.
Step 2
Clean/deglaze pan with whole peas, chopped kale or other greens, lightly cook eggs in the same pan. Top eggs and vegetables with bacon. (By cooking a larger amount of bacon, you’ll have some for other breakfasts, salads or snacks.)
