Bet you thought you couldn't have pizza for breakfast. But it's perfectly healthy if you trade the crust for an omelet, AND you get a lot more protein and vitamins for your trouble.

Step 1
Cook a beaten egg or two as you would an omelet.

Step 2
Top with warmed tomato sauce, chopped basil and oregano, mozzarella and any other favorite pizza toppings.

Prep: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes

  • 1-2 eggs
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbs basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • Other pizza toppings as desired
