Step 1
Fill lettuce leaves with any leftover cooked meat—ground beef, sliced steak or roast, chicken, etc.

Step 2
Top meat with cheese, salsa, avocado, sour cream and salt. Fold or roll into a taco.

  • 4 large leaves crisp lettuce
  • ½ cup cheese of choice
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 avocado
