Seaweed nori is a great gluten free-option to make wraps! These salmon wraps are a tasty way to get the vitamins from nori as well as the Omega-3 fatty acids from salmon.
Place chunks of cold salmon, slices of cucumber, avocado and mango in a nori (seaweed) sheet and large leaf of crispy lettuce, and wrap to secure filling.
Dip in sauce of wheat-free tamari, grated ginger and garlic, and a dash of wasabi powder.

- 1 wild salmon filet, steamed or grilled, cooled
- ½ cup cucumber slices
- ½ cup avocado slices
- ½ cup mango slices
- 1 large lettuce leaf
- 1 sheet nori
- ¼ cup wheat-free tamari sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Dash of wasabi powder
