Spinach Souffle

A light, quick and nutritious breakfast recipe.

Step 1
In small blender (or use a hand blender), puree spinach, eggs, cream and cheddar cheese.

Step 2
Pour into buttered skillet and cook covered on low heat until solid, or bake in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups spinach
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
