Combine turkey with spinach in order to get a delicious meal rich in protein and iron.
Step 1
Brown ground turkey or pork (with ghee, butter or coconut oil as needed). Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and salt.
Step 2
When cooked add fresh chopped spinach and cover to steam. Alternative vegetables: shredded cabbage and mung bean sprouts.
Step 3
Serve with a side salad.
