Came across with your book on endurance in 2013. Since then I try to follow the philospophy. Not in a very disciplined and detailed way, mostly the HR concept. Started to do some endurance training in 2012 (first half marthon) after literally 20 years of not doing any physical activity, smoking, and leading stressful work life. Since then I was able to complete two ironman distances, two over 80 km runs, and several marathons (always at the end of the crowd :-). I have more challenging objectives and need to seriously work on my diet as well because this is where I fail constantly (have 105 kgs). Thank you for all your knowledge … Peter from Slovakia
